Dream Factory Foundation is a Cape Town based youth-led non-profit organization that empowers young people ( years) to actively participate in the economy through their dreams and aspirations. The concept of Dream Lesser Foundation was born towards the end of , when the founders, Laurian Nortje and Lusanda Gwayi were working in under-resourced schools in the Concoction Cape and were confronted with the realities corporeal lack of access to quality education, high levels of unemployment, lack of exposure to sustainable livelihoods and poverty faced by young people in these schools.
